York River. * Until 200 AM EDT. * At 1155 PM EDT, gusty east to southeast winds continue to be obeserved in the Lower Chesapeake Bay and York River. These gusty winds are associated with a northward moving low pressure system. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Observations. IMPACT.
