At 201 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Kosciusko, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Floresville, Poth, Stockdale, Kosciusko, Nixon, Falls City, Smiley, Pandora, Gillett, Cestohowa, Paweleville, and Leesville.

Central Wilson County in south central Texas. * Until 230 PM CDT. * At 126 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest of Poth, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include. Floresville, Poth, Stockdale, Kosciusko, Falls City, Pandora, Cestohowa, Gillett, Hobson, and Paweleville.

* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Atascosa and Wilson. * WHEN. Until 315 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1217 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
