* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes, Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Evangeline, Rapides and Vernon and southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton and Tyler. * WHEN. Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect the region again today into tonight. Portions of the area received 2 to 4 inches of rainfall Sunday, and an additional 1 to 3 inches is expected today, along with localized higher amounts. With the ground saturated from previous rains yesterday and over the past couple of weeks, any additional rain will increase runoff, resulting in an increased risk for flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Low-lying roads and a few homes have some flooding between Bon Wier and Merryville.
