North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. * WHAT. Flooding is possible. * WHERE. Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN. From Saturday afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Overbank flooding occurs. Water affects residences along the river between Wheatland and Calamus. Water affects businesses along the river near Calamus. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 9.1 feet. - Forecast. Flood stage may be reached early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
