Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Areas of heavy rain will continue into the early evening. Isolated areas may see up to 5 inches of rain.

The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
