Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Styx River near Elsanor. * WHEN. Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water approaches houses on Donovan Circle in the Seminole Landing community. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 5:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 13.7 feet this evening.
