Nearshore Waters from Calumet Harbor to Michigan City. Open Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid Lake. * Until 100 AM CDT. * At 1058 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 nm west of Ohare Airport to near Aurora, moving east at 40 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Strong thunderstorms will be near. Monroe Harbor, 31st Street Harbor, Burnham Harbor, DuSable Harbor, Belmont Harbor, and Diversy Harbor around 1125 PM CDT. Harrison-Dever Crib and Jackson Park Harbor around 1130 PM CDT. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Dowagiac, Fair Plain, Bridgman, Berrien Springs, Marcellus, Stevensville, Sodus, Penn, Baroda, Shoreham, Eau Claire, Dewey Lake, La Grange, Indian Lake, Sandy Beach, Wakelee, and Magician Lake. This includes Interstate 94 in Michigan between mile markers 15 and 28.
