Southwestern Branch County in southwestern Michigan. * Until 600 PM EDT. * At 528 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 8 miles east of Lagrange, moving northeast at 20 mph. This storm has a history of producing brief tornadoes. HAZARD. Tornado. SOURCE. Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Steuben, northeastern Lagrange and southwestern Branch Counties, including the following locations.
