* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Virginia, including the following counties, Isle of Wight, Southampton and Surry. * WHEN. Until 300 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 851 PM EDT, Department of Highways reported flooding in the warned area from thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
