Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Black Cypress Bayou at Jefferson. * WHEN. Until Monday evening. * IMPACTS. At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Friday was 13.7 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
