At 15.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Saturday was 15.6 feet. - Forecast. Black Cypress Bayou is currently at crest, with a slow fall expected to commence this afternoon, eventually falling below the 13 foot flood stage Wednesday morning before falling to 12.2 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
