Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1152 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 133 AM EDT, reports have been received of an area of very heavy rainfall and flooding across the warned area. Radar estimates 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen in southern Van Buren County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
