FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM PDT THIS MORNING. * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Marin and far southern Sonoma counties in northern California. * WHEN. Until 845 AM PDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 654 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
