Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE. San Diego County Mountains. * WHEN. From late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. The snow level will fall to around 4000 feet Wednesday night, then rise to 4000 to 4500 feet on Thursday. The most significant snowfall is expected above 5000 feet.
