Flood Watch for the entire State of Hawaii Wednesday through at least Friday. * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. All the main Hawaiian islands. * WHEN. From Wednesday morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Significant flooding may occur due to the overflow of streams and drainages. Roads in several areas may be closed, along with property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff. Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - A kona low developing north of the state will bring the potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms over portions of the state from Wednesday through Friday and possibly continuing through the weekend. The highest chances for excessive rainfall appear to be over Oahu and Maui county later Wednesday and Wednesday night, then slowly shift westward, with the focus mainly on Kauai by later Friday.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. The island of Hawaii in Hawaii County. * WHEN. Until 700 PM HST. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 346 PM HST, radar indicated slow moving heavy rain showers mainly over the upper slopes of Hilo, South Kohala and Kona districts. The heaviest rain was falling near Waikii. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Hilo, Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa Village, Honokaa, Pohakuloa Camp, Pohakuloa Training Area, Kamuela, Paauilo, Waipio Valley, Ookala, Kukuihaele, Laupahoehoe, Waimanu Valley, Puuanahulu, Ninole, Honomu, Hakalau, Pepeekeo, Papaikou and Volcano.

Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 529 PM HST, radar indicated slow moving heavy rain showers now mainly over the slopes of North Kona and South Kohala districts. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 2 inches per hour. Rain intensity has been decreasing over the windward side but continue to remain moderate to locally heavy on the leeward side of the island. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Hilo, Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa Village, Honokaa, Pohakuloa Camp, Pohakuloa Training Area, Kamuela, Paauilo, Waipio Valley, Ookala, Kukuihaele, Laupahoehoe, Waimanu Valley, Puuanahulu, Ninole, Honomu, Hakalau, Pepeekeo, Papaikou and Volcano.
