York River. * Until 400 AM EDT. * At 152 AM EDT, gusty east to southeast winds continue to be obeserved in the Lower Chesapeake Bay and York River. These gusty winds are associated with a northward moving low pressure system and are expected to diminish after 3 or 4 AM. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include.
