Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles east of Chester, or near Richburg, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE.
