THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN OKLAHOMA THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA JEFFERSON STEPHENS IN SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA COTTON IN TEXAS THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 2 COUNTIES IN NORTHERN TEXAS CLAY WICHITA THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF DUNCAN, HENRIETTA, RINGLING, RYAN, SHEPPARD AFB, TEMPLE, WALTERS, WAURIKA, AND WICHITA FALLS.

FFWOUN The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. West Central Stephens County in southern Oklahoma. Southeastern Comanche County in southwestern Oklahoma. Northeastern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma. * Until 230 AM CDT. * At 1126 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Southeastern Lawton, Duncan, Walters, Geronimo, Empire City and Hulen.
