IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Archer City, Windthorst, Megargel, Shannon, and Joy.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of central, southwest, and western Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Canadian and Grady. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo. In western Oklahoma, Custer and Washita. * WHEN. Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 601 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
