At 608 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles northeast of Megargel, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Archer City, Windthorst, Megargel, Shannon, and Joy.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of central, southwest, and western Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Canadian and Grady. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo. In western Oklahoma, Custer and Washita. * WHEN. Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 601 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Southwestern Oklahoma City, El Reno, Cordell, Tuttle, Hinton, Union City, Minco, Binger, Corn, Eakly, Bessie, Lookeba, Colony, Albert, Fort Cobb Reservoir, Alfalfa, Cogar, Cloud Chief, Cedar Lake and Cowden. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
