Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc and Stephens and northern Texas, including the following county, Clay. * WHEN. Through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Very heavy rainfall over the last week has led to widespread runoff, which has greatly reduced the amount of rain needed for flooding to occur. Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Deep Red Creek near Randlett. * WHEN. Until early Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 24.0 feet, Valley-wide flooding of croplands. pastures. and local roads occurs and is accompanied by flood depths up to 4 feet with swift currents. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast.
