At 12.0 feet, minor flooding of low lying agricultural lands begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon or evening and rise to a crest of 12.2 feet tomorrow morning.
