At 8.0 feet, minor flooding of pasture land begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 12:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 7.2 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 8.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
