From Wednesday morning to early Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 8.0 feet, minor flooding of pasture land begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.7 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest around 8.2 feet tomorrow evening.
