Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Algona, Emmetsburg, Five Island Lake, Union Slogh, Buffalo Center, West Bend, Bancroft, Burt, Whittemore, Thompson, Titonka, Fenton, Lakota, Rake, Lone Rock, Ledyard, Cylinder, Rodman, Kearney State Park, and Stinson Prairie State Park.

SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Blue Earth, Wells, New Richland, Ellendale, Minnesota Lake, Bricelyn, Hartland, Freeborn, Pemberton, Waldorf, Easton, and Frost. This includes the following highways. Interstate 35 between mile markers 27 and 28. Interstate 90 between mile markers 117 and 143. U.S. Highway 14 between mile markers 149 and 153, and between mile markers 156 and 158. U.S. Highway 169 between mile markers 7 and 17.

Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Little Sioux River near Milford. * WHEN. From this evening to early Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, minor flooding of low lying agricultural lands begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon or evening and rise to a crest of 12.2 feet tomorrow morning.
