Portions of Iowa, including the following areas, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Ida, O'Brien and Woodbury and northeast Nebraska, including the following area, Dakota. * WHEN. From 1 AM CDT Tuesday through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At least a couple rounds of rainfall are expected, the first Monday night and an additional one Tuesday afternoon.
