Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Another upper level disturbance is expected to work with a very moist air mass to produce showers and thunderstorms starting before daybreak Friday into Friday afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts will average between 1 and 4 inches with locally higher amounts.
