Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Central Tangipahoa, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Eastern Ascension, Eastern Orleans, Iberville, Lower Tangipahoa, Northern Livingston, Northern St. Tammany, Northern Tangipahoa, Southeast St. Tammany, Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, St. Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John The Baptist, Upper Jefferson, Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Washington, West Baton Rouge, Western Ascension and Western Orleans and southern Mississippi, including the following areas, Northern Hancock, Northern Harrison, Northern Jackson, Pearl River, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison and Southern Jackson. * WHEN. Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall will be moving through the area again this afternoon. The risk for heavy rainfall and flash flooding increases overnight into Saturday morning especially in areas that received heavy rainfall and poor drainage areas. Coastal waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA out 20 NM. Waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA from 20 to 60 NM. Waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA from 20 to 60 NM. * Until 1000 PM CDT. * At 927 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Vermilion 161, or 38 nm south of White Lake, moving east at 55 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. * Locations impacted include. South Marsh Island 249, South Marsh Island 33, South Marsh Island 11, South Marsh Island 236, Vermilion 131, Vermilion 119, Vermilion 171, South Marsh Island 243, Vermilion 149, South Marsh Island 27, Vermilion 148, and East Cameron 109.
