At 11.5 feet, Minor flooding of Beaver Park and Vermilionville near the river will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 8.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 11.5 feet this afternoon.
