Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Central Tangipahoa, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Eastern Ascension, Iberville, Lower Tangipahoa, Northern Livingston, Northern St. Tammany, Northern Tangipahoa, Pointe Coupee, Southeast St. Tammany, Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, St. Helena, Washington, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana and Western Ascension and southern Mississippi, including the following areas, Amite, Northern Hancock, Northern Harrison, Northern Jackson, Pearl River, Pike, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison, Southern Jackson, Walthall and Wilkinson. * WHEN. From 7 PM CDT this evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of storms will be moving through the area throughout the next 2 days. 3 to 5 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts in excess of 6 inches will be possible tonight through Tuesday morning, enhancing the flash flooding threat. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

From Monday morning through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of central and southwest Louisiana, including the following parishes, in central Louisiana, Avoyelles, Evangeline and Rapides. In southwest Louisiana, Allen. * WHEN. Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop and move east across the region this afternoon and evening, then again on Monday. Heavy rainfall can be expected in some of the storms with average totals between 2 and 4 inches. Training of storms could lead to isolated higher totals of at least 6 inches or more. This rainfall is expected across areas remain saturated from previous rains over the 1 to 2 weeks, and additional rainfall will likely runoff, creating a potential flood threat. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
