The next statement will be issued this afternoon at 300 PM CDT. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE. Bayou Des Cannes near Eunice. * WHEN. From this morning to this afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins along the bayou with a few structures right along the bayou threatened. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:15 AM CDT Sunday was 16.2 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage this morning and continue falling to 5.4 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
