A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Assumption, Central Plaquemines, Lower Jefferson, Upper Lafourche and Upper Terrebonne. * WHEN. Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall will be moving through the area again this afternoon. The risk for heavy rainfall and flash flooding increases overnight into Saturday morning.
