Dangerous flows over low-water crossings possible due to elevated river flows. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 153 PM MDT, Gauge reports indicated rising river levels. Minor flooding may begin shortly in the advisory area, and last through early Monday morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. South Platte River near Kersey.
