Water also nearly covers the promenade at the dragon boat dock in the Inner Harbor. At 3.0 feet, water begins encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Northeastern Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia. Northwestern Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia. * Until 945 PM EDT. * At 923 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Berkeley Springs, or near Hancock, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD. Tornado. SOURCE. Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT. For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown, flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near. Berkeley Springs around 930 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Johnsons Mill, Great Cacapon, Valley View, Berryville, Spohrs Crossroads, New Hope, Shady Grove, and Spruce Pine Hollow.
