A portion of northeast Texas, including the following counties, southwestern Bowie, Camp, northwestern Cass, Franklin, Morris, southeastern Red River, northwestern Smith, Titus, northwestern Upshur and Wood. * WHEN. Until 1215 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 917 PM CDT, While the heavy rainfall threat continues to move east of the warned area. High water remain on numerous secondary road surfaces as well across urban areas as runoff is not complete. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Mount Pleasant, Mineola, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Mount Vernon, Daingerfield, Quitman, Hughes Springs, De Kalb, Lone Star, Naples, Omaha, Newsome, Scroggins, Cason, Purley, Cookville, Rosewood and Wilkerson.

At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 2:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
