At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
