At 13.0 feet, Lowland flooding will affect mainly timber resources. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 14.0 feet Wednesday evening.
