In northeast Texas, Anderson, Henderson and Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN. From Thursday morning through Friday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.
