Portions of north central, northeast, and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Falls, Freestone, Limestone, McLennan and Navarro. In northeast Texas, Anderson, Henderson and Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN. Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are possible through late afternoon.

Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sister Grove Creek near Blue Ridge. * WHEN. From early this morning to late this evening. * IMPACTS. At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding along the creek is expected. Rural roads, along with farm and ranch land near the creek, will begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 24.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.3 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning.

Water starts to cover portions of FM 407 north of the creek and Tim Donald Rd south of the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 4.1 feet early Saturday morning.
