Portions of southwest Louisiana, including the following parishes, Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu and Jefferson Davis and southeast Texas, including the following counties, Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton and Orange. * WHEN. Until 930 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 934 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain is ending however flooding will continue. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Beaumont, Lake Charles, Port Arthur, Sulphur, Orange, Nederland, Groves, Port Neches, Lumberton, Vidor, Bridge City, Westlake, West Orange, Vinton, Kinder, Sour Lake, Nome, Fenton, Reeves and Mauriceville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
