East Fork San Jacinto near New Caney affecting Liberty, Harris and Montgomery Counties. For the East Fork San Jacinto River. including New Caney, Cleveland. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. East Fork San Jacinto near New Caney. * WHEN. From late tonight to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS. At 62.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins with secondary roads near the river inundated, including FM 1485 west of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:31 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 57.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 54.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 60.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 58.0 feet. - Flood History. For the Neches River. including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Neches River at Rockland. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 30.0 feet, High water will flood and close several roadways especially in the Fox Landing community. Some low area homes in the Fox Landing community will also be threatened with flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 29.4 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.5 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 21.9 feet. - Forecast. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 903 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated minor flooding, however moderate flooding expected on Big Cow Creek possibly starting tonight this week. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
