Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. East Fork San Jacinto at Cleveland. * WHEN. From this morning to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS. At 21.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins as CR 1725 begins taking on water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 5:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 20.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:30 AM CDT Tuesday was 20.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Flood History.
