At 332 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Rogers, or 13 miles west of Cameron, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD. Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Milam, east central Bell and southwestern Falls Counties, including the following locations. Barclay, Ben Arnold, Cyclone, Wilson, Yarrelton, Pettibone, Silver City, Edgeworth, Terrys Chapel, and Leedale.

In northeast Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Leon, Rains and Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN. Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.

* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Travis and Williamson. * WHEN. Until 500 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 200 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Taylor, Granger, Serenada, Windemere, Anderson Mill, Leander, Hutto, Lago Vista, Hudson Bend, Bartlett, Liberty Hill, Jarrell, Weir, Georgetown Dam and Sun City. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
