At 1255 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Robert Lee, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Robert Lee, Blackwell, Bronte, Hylton, Fort Chadbourne, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, Wingate, Happy Valley, Shep, Wilmeth, and Oak Creek Reservoir.

Scattered severe thunderstorms will develop along a cold front across the Big Country early this afternoon. The storms will move southeast across the remainder of west central Texas during the afternoon to along the I-10 corridor by early evening. The initial severe storms will have the potential to produce very large hail, larger than golf ball size, and isolated tornadoes. Then damaging winds will become more of a hazard as the storms congeal into a few complexes. Keep up with the latest weather information and have many ways of receiving warnings.

SVRSJT The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for. Northeastern Coke County in west central Texas. Southeastern Nolan County in west central Texas. Southwestern Taylor County in west central Texas. Northwestern Runnels County in west central Texas. * Until 145 PM CDT. * At 105 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bronte, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will be near. Bronte and Fort Chadbourne around 110 PM CDT. Norton around 120 PM CDT. Wingate around 125 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Wilmeth, Drasco, Lake Winters Lake, Pumphrey, Oak Creek Reservoir, and Shep.
