SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Haskell, Stamford, Weinert, Irby, Lake Stamford Marina, and Paint Creek.

Until 415 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 105 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to heavy rainfall has occurred over the area over the past few hours due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen according to rain gauges and radar estimates. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Brownwood, Coleman, Early, Santa Anna, Richland Springs, Bangs, Blanket, Trickham, Winchell, Brookesmith, Mercury, Rockwood, Elm Grove, Placid, Waldrip, Gouldbusk, Camp Bowie, Lohn, Lake Brownwood and Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1058 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
