Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cooke, Coryell, Dallas, Denton, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Grayson, Hamilton, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lampasas, McLennan, Mills, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Stephens, Tarrant, Wise and Young. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt. * WHEN. Through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts above 5 inches, especially south of I-20 and west of I-35.
