* WHAT. Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown and Coleman. * WHEN. Until 1130 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 935 PM CDT, thunderstorms with heavy rainfall in Southern Coleman county. along and south of a Valera to Santa Anna to Trickam line will move southeast at 35 mph into southern Brown county towards Brookesmith and Indian Creek. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Trickham, Gouldbusk, Voss, Brookesmith, Talpa, Shields, Mozelle, Fisk and Indian Creek. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 857 PM CDT, Thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall from Melvin to Brady to Hall and Richland Springs were moving southeast at 30 mph.Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Brady, San Saba, Richland Springs, Algerita, Cherokee, Melvin, Rochelle, Placid, Voca, Sloan, Camp San Saba, Mercury, Skeeterville, Brady Lake, Lohn, Pear Valley, Waldrip, Calf Creek, Salt Gap and Doole. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings.
