Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Mississippi River at Caruthersville. * WHEN. From this afternoon to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS. At 31.0 feet, In Missouri, road and field flooding is widespread at Cottonwood Point. Access roads off Arkansas Road 362 are flooding. In Tennessee, the grain shipping facility south of Heloise is mostly underwater. Dee Webb Road, Watkins Road, and Brady Ridge Road are flooding.
