In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower Bucks. * WHEN. From 2 AM to 7 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS. At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. The high tide late tonight into early Saturday is forecast to have the highest water levels and greatest impacts with this stretch of coastal flooding, and high tide water levels will lower over the weekend.
