Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN. From 7 AM CDT this morning through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Widespread heavy rainfall over the last week has led to very saturated ground, excessive runoff, and rising rivers and streams across the area. Another couple rounds of showers and storms are expected this weekend, with widespread moderate to locally heavy rainfall possible through Sunday evening. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches will be possible, with locally higher amounts leading to both flash flooding and mainstem river flooding concerns. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh. * WHEN. Until 300 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1149 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Checotah. Warner. Webbers Falls. Rentiesville. Keefeton. Lake Eufaula State Park.
