Shawnee, Chandler, Harrah, Prague, Meeker, Davenport, Cromwell, Johnson, Sparks, Warwick, Little, Aydelotte, and Centerview.

Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Ottawa, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * WHEN. Through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Shower and thunderstorm redevelopment this afternoon is expected across the watch area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD.
